An interesting article at the globalpost.com discussing the feasibility of Uruguay importing marijuana from legal growers in Canada. The article does point out that while it may not be practical now for both financial and legal reasons, marijuana trade between nations could be a thing at some time. (a great blog with lots of Pot related posts), and found a link to a one hour documentary on Britain’s secret Pot farms.
This is pretty interesting stuff (at least to me, that is).

Here in all of it’s dry, fuzzy and none too exciting glory is the 1942 U.S F.D.A. and Department of Defence film, Hemp for Victory.
Produced and released in an effort to convince farmers to grow the incredibly versatile Hemp plant (pot without the stuff that makes you fuzzy), in order to help the War effort.
Now I think it’s next to impossible to get a permit to grow hemp in the U.S.A.

I have been going to a certain site for the last few years, called Reddit. Reddit is a site where users submit links and stories, and other users either vote them up or down. The more up-votes, the better chance of being seen on the front page. On Reddit, there are a lot of sub-pages (called Sub Reddits), on various subjects… Well I just discovered they have a Marijuana Reddit.
